We aren’t assholes and we care a lot about making sure people have a good product and good experience.

1.2 Refunds will only be considered for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or tampered with. If your package didn’t arrive or was porch pirated, please reach out and we’ll sort things out.
1.3 Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all refund requests.
